1. Victoria Beach & Pirates Tower, Laguna Beach
Why it's unforgettable: If there's one engagement photo location in all of Orange County that stops people mid-scroll, it's Victoria Beach. Tucked at the end of a residential street in Laguna Beach, this hidden cove is home to the iconic Pirates Tower — a 1926 spiral staircase tower built into the cliffs that looks like something straight out of a fairytale. It's dramatic, it's moody, it's completely unlike anything else on the OC coast.
